    The pipe strap is not included in the kit.



    • ¢Â Installation Instructions


    1.
    Slide the grommet down over the heater.
    Strip the heater conductor 30mm and
    shrink the heat shrinkable tubes
    (small size)on two conductors using
    a heat gun or gas torch.
    Shrink the heat shrinkable tube
    (large size)over conductive core.

    		 


    2.
    Thread heater through the mounting
    base with 300mm extended as shown.
    Fixed the grommet under the mounting
    base. Fasten the mounting base to the
    pipe with two pipe straps and slide
    athe sealing gasket ring down over
    the threads.


    3.
    Install the junction box on the mounting
    base and crimp the ring connectors onto
    the bare portions of the conductors.
    Connect the heater conductors using
    the terminal block.

    		 
    4.
    Connect the power wires to the
    terminal block using the flexible tube.


    5.
    Position the rubber packing plate
    and cap on the junction box.
    Tighten cap to body with bolts.
